Abstract. In the article the features of information perception, peculiarities of consciousness and thinking of the modern schoolchildren and students-social networkers are described. Explaining the principles of  information organization in social networks and media communication’s influence a modern young’s  perception  and understanding the author reveals so useful tool for the learning and cognitive activity as a creolized text, namely meme. Analyzing the particular characteristics and principles of information organization in a meme, showing its structure and properties the author demonstrates the methodological possibilities of using memes in the educational process in order to create the effective teacher-student communication.
