Abstract. The article deals with the methods of personal marketing which help the young professionals to adapt to education system. Over the last years personal marketing in educational management and marketing becomes more popular. The labor-market requires from a modern employee not only the professional competences but personal and social character traits such as initiative, cooperation, and ability to work in a team. That is why it is necessary to create methods, methodological recommendations for the most effective adaptation of specialists and their interaction with the labor-market.
