Abstract. The article represents the main approaches of the methodology aimed at improving the gymnasts-artists’ turns while the sports training at the stage of sport skills improving. The main methodological approaches consisted of the simultaneous improvement of several joint directions. At the stage of in-depth perfection, it is to form the variability of equilibrium techniques, the positions of the legs and arms, the movements of the swing foot, the possession of the object during the implementation of rotations for the further expedient performance of actions in various external conditions and situations. The results of special preparedness, which prove the effectiveness of this technique, are reflected.
