Abstract. The paper deals with the problem of implementing the regional innovative project in a general education organization as a plan for innovative changes and the rationale for their feasibility for the main participants in educational relations. The authors consider the specific institution of general education from the point of view of a resilient school which works in a socially disadvantaged environment, and achieves the results that exceed expectations. Motivational, system, activity and acmeological approaches are identified and described as a methodological basis for modeling the motivational management of the teachers' innovative activities. The factors of external and internal motivation of teachers’ readiness and their desire to participate in the innovative project implementing are studied. The motivating factors that influence the teachers’ innovative activities are described on the basis of the Herzberg’s dual-factor theory. The main components of the system of motivational management of innovative pedagogical activity at school are determined and argued. Such components include: management structure, top management staff, content of management, management process and management methods. To assess the management of the innovative project implementing such markers as target, resource, and socio-psychological are presented.
