Abstract. The paper highlights the importance to reveal and increase the motivational readiness of teachers of general education institutions, and students focused on the postgraduate work at schools of Irkutsk region for implementing the federal state educational standards of primary education for students with health limitations and the federal state educational standards for students with intellectual disabilities. The authors present a series of indicators to assess the teachers’ readiness for implementing the listed above standards and suggest the diagnostic materials for a selective sociological survey.
