Abstract. Introduction. In the paper the issues of education related to problem solving of the quality of a specialist’s readiness to satisfy the level of requirements of Federal State Educational Standard are researched. Materials and methods. In recent years, the higher vocational school has been intensively reforming the model of the educational and methodological process, clarifying the requirements for the level of competence of a university graduate. But the modern reality associated with the goal’s and educational technology changing, expanded access to informational and technical networks level out the acquired knowledge and skills. In the article the analysis of compliance with modern qualification requirements of a teacher readiness to transition to new standards and the reasons for the decline in professional confidence in the period of post-graduate adaptation is presented. The purpose of the article is to identify the possibility of permanent inter-school scientific and methodological seminars in the development of the readiness of the modern school teacher to meet the new requirements. The results of the study. The main idea of the rersearch to support a university graduate and his level of functional literacy. Discussion and conclusion. The study presents the experience of scientific and methodological seminars. The obtained results allowed the authors to develop an effective assistance model for teaching and managing activities by means of looking for the rational ways of organizing the educational process and studying the world pedagogical heritage.
