Abstract. Introduction. The article considers the problem of determining the methodological guidelines of modernization processes in the system of preschool education. The aim of the article is to present a problem analysis of the methodology for designing the teacher’s educational activity with preschool children in a modern kindergarten, as well as substantiation ofapplying constructive and socioconstructive methodological approaches to the pedagogical design of organized educational activity in preschool institutions.

Materials and methods. Based on a set of methods of empirical and theoretical research, as well as a modeling method, problem areas in pedagogical design of educational activities with preschool children are substantiated, modern approaches to determining the methodology of organized educational activity are explained according to the requirements of the federal state educational standards for preschool education.

Results. During the analysis of the theoretical and methodological positions in the fi eld of preschool education, a conclusion is made that the modern preschool pedagogical methods do not fully solve the practical tasks of organized educational activity design in preschool institutions. In this regard, a pedagogical model for designing the teacher’s educational activity with children based on constructive and socio-constructive methodological approaches is proposed.

Conclusion. The practical signifi cance of the researchis in its focus on improving the preschool teachers’ professional methodological culture. The key idea of the study is anecessity of applyingthesuggested pedagogical model based on constructive and socio-constructive methodological approaches in the process of methodological support for preschool teachersineducational institutions.
