- Abstract. The article deals with the analysis of the experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language and non-native language. The focus is on the phenomena of the phonetic system that are problematic in terms of interference. These phenomena are found both in teaching native speakers of the language which is closely related to Russian (Polish), and those speakers whose native language is not closely related to Russian (Armenian, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Chechen). The system of exercises for preventing and correcting interference mistakes is proposed.
- Keywords: interference, non-native speakers, bilinguals, phonetic mistakes, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
