Abstract. In the article the yearlong plan of the gymnasts’ physical training at the training stage is given. It is stood on the three-cycle planning of the annual cycle. The first macrocycle is based on the L. P. Matveev’s theory, the second one – on the theory of Yu. V. Verkhoshansky. According to them during the first macrocycle the linearly ascending form of dynamics of training load was used for planning. The second and third macrocycles’ planning was built on “block periodization”. When planning, the intensity of the training load was taken as a basis.

Keywords: physical training, sports aerobics, intensity of training load.

  • Abstract. The article deals with the analysis of the experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language and non-native language. The focus is on the phenomena of the phonetic system that are problematic in terms of interference. These phenomena are found both in teaching native speakers of the language which is closely related to Russian (Polish), and those speakers whose native language is not closely related to Russian (Armenian, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Chechen). The system of exercises for preventing and correcting interference mistakes is proposed.

  • Keywords: interference, non-native speakers, bilinguals, phonetic mistakes, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
