Abstract. The aim of the work is to describe the point of «psychologization» of teacher training for teaching in accordance with the new Teacher’ professional standard. The novelty of the research is in describing the main point of teaching activity and conditions of its organizing in the context of the psychological theory of social experience, the use of which provides a high level of educational results. The author presents the teacher training educational program, describes its structure and content, technologies, methods, means and forms of organizing the educational process. Teacher’s and student’s educational and methodological materials as the means of the organizing and managing student’s individual learning and researching, learning and practical and independent activity which provide implementing the psychological processes of interiorization and exteriorization are presented. The results of using this program in professional development of higher education teachers are given.
