Abstract. IThe paper is concerned with the problems of teaching children with disabilities. The focus is on the results of an analysis of questions from parents seeking psychological and pedagogical help from experts (a psychiatrist and a special education teacher). The most common questions asked by the parents of children with special needs and disabilities during individual consultations are systematized. The parenting and training recommendations for the parents of children with developmental disabilities are given.
